Delivery

 

All items will be lovingly wrapped and dispatched to you within 1-2 working days of your order being placed. Please note, the studio is only open Monday to Friday, so please take into consideration the weekends regarding dispatch of your products.

 

Dispatched items will be sent by either Royal Mail ( Signed For ) or Courier ( Hermes ) within the UK Mainland. We aim to deliver within 3 working days from the date of dispatch.

 

If shipping outside the UK Mainland is required, please get in touch by clicking the link to our contacts page prior to ordering and emailing your request. 

 

Should you require your items sooner, again please get in touch via our contacts page before ordering and we will endevour to facillitate your request. Please note, this will incur an additional charge.

 

The shop calculates shipping costs at the end of your browse according to cost of the goods and packaging required.

 

We cannot accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in an alternative location, for example with a neighbour, we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel.

 

Please note, Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days by our delivery carriers.
